BATTERY PARK CITY—The conversion of the rental building at 333 Rector Place into the condos of One Rector Park took a time out for a couple of years to gather itself. It has since bounced back in a big way, and today reps let us know that closings and move-ins have now kicked off. Since sales relaunched in August (when we took a bunch of pictures), 65 of the 174 units have gone to contract. [CurbedWire Inbox]
